“After a group retreat, there is shift in energy. As individuals, we arrive with our own stories, but through shared experiences and vulnerability, we weave a collective deeper connection. Returning home, we carry a new understanding of how deeply we can connect when we open our hearts and allow ourselves to truly be seen.”
